About Us
As a digital marketing leader in the A/E/C industry and owner of Steel Toe Communications, LLC, Stacey Holsinger has over 18+ years of experience helping small and medium contractors compete with larger regional and national firms. Her award-winning marketing campaigns helped grow one of the largest mechanical firms in the DC region, from $60M to $132M in annual revenues. Now as a marketing consultant, she works to be a trusted resource for contractors who want to showcase their work, establish credibility in the industry, build company culture, and attract the right candidates to their organization.

Stacey is actively involved in the contracting community serving as co-host on the weekly podcast, The Morning Huddle Construction Show. She also volunteers her time supporting skilled trades education through construction career day events, hosts interns through Montgomery County Maryland Public Schools Internship Program, and runs CHAT_CTE on Instagram and TikTok. Drawing on her years of experience in the industry as a marketer, and educator, Stacey enjoys speaking at conferences nationwide to help contractors get up to speed with modern marketing. She is a recent graduate of the Harbor Freights Leadership Lab, Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program and currently enrolled Journey Alliance AI Cohort for A/E/C professionals.

Born and raised in northeast Philadelphia, Stacey traded “wooder" ice and soft pretzels for old bay crabs in Maryland. She enjoys spending time with her husband, six-year-old son and rescue dog hiking, traveling, boating and fishing. You can also find her networking with industry colleagues, breaking a sweat at kickboxing or painting in her art studio.
